These terms are an agreement between you and ClacketyRock ("we", "us") covering your use of the Huelings app. By playing Huelings you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Huelings on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute the app or its content, or use it in any unlawful way.
Creating an account is optional. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent and removes everything saved to it.
Pets, terrariums, decorations, building material, and any other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed as the game evolves (we try to make the game better, and balancing sometimes changes numbers). Except where the law requires otherwise, virtual items are not refundable.
Huelings shows optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice; ads unlock convenience features (such as fast-forwarding a timer), never required content. Ad handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please don't attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the game or its services, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Huelings is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the game running and your backups safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we may update, change, or discontinue features over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the app (Huelings is free, so in most cases that's zero).
If we change these terms we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
