If you play as a guest, your world is saved only on your device — deleting the app deletes your pets, and we have no copy to restore. To keep them safe across devices, create an account from the title screen (email or Google). Your world then backs up automatically while you play.
If you had an account, sign in with the same method you used before and your world will come back. If you played as a guest and removed the app, the save is unfortunately gone — there's no server copy to recover.
Ads are optional. They only ever appear when you choose to fast-forward a nap, a hatching egg, or a tank cleaning. If an ad doesn't finish, the fast-forward is skipped and nothing is charged to you. You can review your ad choices any time under Settings → Manage ad preferences.
Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. That removes your account and everything backed up with it, permanently. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Huelings can show your terrarium live on stream. Set it up from the app, then open your overlay link in OBS as a browser source. Only people you give the link to can see it, and it shows your tank — never your account details.
